The bramblings website was started when I decided to move back to California after living in Philadelphia for almost 7 years. As a way of getting to see as many people as possible before moving, I hosted an “open brunch” every Sunday for 6 months. I created bramblings as a way to post the menus and chronicle some of the more successful recipes I came up with. Many of the menus included variations on a theme, so that meat eaters, vegetarians, and vegans could all participate in the brunches.
Now I use this site to chronicle my adventures with food and share new recipes I come up with.
